Apply today and find your home at Ashley! Retail Distribution Center (RDC) Operations Supervisor - OnSite, Lathrop CA What Will You Do? The Retail Distribution Center (RDC) Operations Supervisor will lead and develop a team of Ashley Associates; with focus on motivating, mentoring, and coaching the team. This position will be responsible for engaging the team to ensure they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and productivity. The RDC Supervisor will provide their associates with the tools needed for success. This position must drive productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem solving. The RDC Supervisor is responsible for all safety, quality, productivity, process improvement, and performance management for the assigned process path. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues • Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and carpentry work • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Basic welding skills are preferred but not required Our Core Values
