Job Description:

A reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 per year. Summary/Objective Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the administration of retail specific marketing initiatives. It is a support role that will help us to achieve the level of tactical execution. This individual needs to coordinate delivery of key materials to the store; assist with development of POS requests from the stores, etc. - something like that and then go into details. Essential Functions

  • Coordinate all pieces being produced/printed and installed for rebranding project.
  • Coordinate printing, shipping and delivery confirmation of signs and collateral for campaigns or store specific requests.
  • Update annual retail changes across all channels, like holiday hours, seasonal hours, etc.
  • Maintain an up to date inventory of all marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy of all pieces with current information, menus, store hours etc.
  • Support local store marketing initiatives as instructed by marketing manager
  • Coordinate photo shoots as needed for all new product launches, packaging change-overs, seasonal offerings, etc.
  • Maintain mobile app by updating photos, scheduling messages and programming discounts, etc
  • Create and maintain department organizational structure and procedures (e.g. filing system in Egnyte or process flows in Asana)
  • Research and maintain best business systems and organizational tools to ensure best efficiencies within the department
  • Must be a great representative of the company, embodying a healthy and vibrant lifestyle
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office, store, indoors and outdoors environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smart phones, photocopiers, cameras, filing cabinets and other presentation materials. Some travel between a main office and stores. Physical Demands Face to face discussions, telephone, electronic email, constant contact with others. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This includes working a variety of shifts such as weekends and holidays dependent upon the needs of the business. Travel Some travel between a main office and stores. Qualifications College degree: Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred experience in restaurants knowledge and supplements Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
