This is a position for a collaborative, curious, and personable Retail Media Manager who is passionate about developing and executing effective advertising strategies for our clients. - Design, collaborate, develop, and execute media and advertising plans to support client marketing strategy, message, KPI goals and objectives with clients and retailers.
- Assume full responsibility for managing the entire meeting lifecycle (client meeting preparation, communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, etc.) and accountable for next steps for your client set and direct reports client set.
- Expertise in how all ad types (self-serve, managed, display) work together across all retail media.
- May have responsibility to provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team, managing work assignment, financial responsibility, providing assistance and instructions as needed, and ensuring their successful performance.
- Present data, discuss problems tactfully, and make recommendations with accountability, while monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to story tell and articulate retail media opportunities by using multiple sets of data such as category data, competitor analysis, owned sales, owned advertising performance data, and more.
- Recommends new media strategies, platforms, automation, and channels for future campaigns both externally and internally.
- Communicate with external partners to gather information, influence decisions and address complex problems by consulting with other pillars, promoting collaboration and ensuring objectives are met.
- Ability to handle the impact of errors on the company's prestige, relationships, and end results.
- Responsible for operating margin of your client set.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field
- 5 years of related work experience preferably in ecommerce, retail, or CPG
- Pay per click advertising experience required.
- Experience developing retail media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability of excellent sound judgement, professionalism, and effective (verbal & written) communication

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
