We are committed to providing high-quality service to retail locations across the West, Central, and East Coast Regions.Job Overview:L&R Distributors is seeking aRetail Merchandiserto support merchandising operations in this college bookstore. As part of our team, you will ensure that products such as cosmetics and trial travel items are well-stocked, organized, and promoted according to our standards. The role involves working closely with Store Management to maintain and enhance the shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:Merchandising & Stocking:Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked with inventory, following planograms and store guidelines.Ordering Inventory:Place orders for products using company-provided technology, including tablets and scanners, to keep up with demand.Store Visits:Regularly visit assigned stores based on a set schedule. Tasks include checking product levels, organizing displays, completing audits, and taking photos for reporting.Customer Service:Communicate with Store Associates and Management to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.Promotions & Sales Knowledge:Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and policies related to product returns and exchanges.Additional Responsibilities:Verify shipments and deliveries.Clean and organize display areas.Maintain consistent communication with L&R District Manager (DM).Physical labor: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when stocking or setting up displays.Qualifications:High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.Retail or merchandising experience is a plus.Smartphone or computer with an internet connection.Strong customer service and communication skills.Interested in joining our team?
