Job Description:
We are hiring a talented Retail Merchandising Training Representative (RMTR) professional to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our products in retail stores. This includes setting up displays, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper stock levels. If you are detail-oriented, have a keen eye for design, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Be the Go-To Educator of all Beko Products in the market for trainingPreserve customer relationships by responding to special requests and coordinating trainingTravel to multiple Account locations each day to assist in Store Training or Merchandise resetsDetect and analyze market trends and competitor promotion for optimum product displaysEnforce standards and create sales tactics training materialOrder merchandise, audit inventory, and build displays while acting as a brand ambassadorHelp Area Sales Representatives with unique promotional items and end-cap special promotionsMaintain and restock company's inventory with efficiency and arrange for damaged items to be creditedCreate Dashboard Reporting for up-to-date Account Knowledge and ROI AnalysisSet up and tear down shelving, stock inventory, and maintain store fixtures for company appearance*This position is bonus eligible*RequirementsRequirements:Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel with experience in creating pivot tables and utilizing excel formulasExperience in strategic marketing goal creation and implementation based on needs and demandWorking knowledge of client relationships along with marketing promotions, customer focus and territory managementDemonstrated ability to create a daily competitive analysis and distribute reports on a weekly basisExperience in product knowledge with a fine attention to detail while taking the initiative to promote innovative ideas to the teamThorough understanding of organizational reputation and merchandise enhancement prospectsRequired knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other inventory-tracking softwareMust be an outstanding communicator with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environmentCapability to forecast emerging trends and make creative decisions to promote smooth progression of retail relationshipsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
