As a Retail Route Merchandiser, your mission is simple:Fill vending machines and micro-markets with mouthwatering food, snacks, and drinks.Work independently as you service your assigned accounts.Utilize a company box truck for deliveries.Benefits Include:Work Schedule:Typically 5 AM until the route is completed (Monday to Friday).Paid Vacation:Enjoy paid vacation after just 6 months.Holiday Perks:Celebrate seven paid holidays throughout the year.Competitive Route Pay Program:Earn a competitive pay rate for your dedicated routes.Comprehensive Benefits:Medical, vision, and dental insurance for you and your family.Retirement Savings:Participate in our 401(k) matching program for a secure future.What You Will Be Doing:Load and deliver soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fresh food.Maintain and stock micro-markets and vending machines.Handle cash and coin transactions.Ensure perishable items are kept fresh and chilled.Execute plan-o-grams to ensure attractive displays.Perform minor service and adjustments on equipment.Record transactions and manage inventory.Communicate new products and promotions to customers.Set up displays and distribute promotional materials.Address customer concerns and provide resolutions.Conduct maintenance tasks like water filter changes and light bulb replacements.Keep your company vehicle clean and well-maintained.Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines.Who We're Looking For:Communication Skills:You can easily read, write, and converse with customers and coworkers.Team Player:You thrive in collaborative environments and are willing to go the extra mile.Numerical Proficiency:You're comfortable with basic math.Problem Solver:You tackle challenges with ease.Safe Driver:Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical physical and drug screen.
