Job Description:
Summary:The Retail Operations Coordinator will assist the Corporate Retail team in managing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions. This position will support retail planning, operations, marketing, training and any department projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Become fluent in company and department-specific applications, Outlook, NAV, KWI, SAP, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales flash report.
  • Review and maintain operational reporting.
  • Take care of department administrative functions.
  • Process and audit department invoices, reviewing invoices and dept AMEX for accuracy, entering invoices into NAV/SAP, filing invoices, and resolving all vendor inquiries and payment requests.
  • Fulfill all monthly store supply requests - maintain supply and store clothing inventory - replenish as needed.
  • Review monthly store Staples orders to ensure stores remain on budget.
  • Maintain store approved Staples lists as well as store supply needs.
  • Partner with Retail Team to prepare and distribute training decks, manuals, and information to store teams.
  • Prepare topics for and participate in weekly store conference calls.
  • Monitor accuracy of field team attendance records.
  • Review Store Schedules to ensure stores adhere to payroll budgets and for business maximization.
  • Partner with Retail Team on store incentives.
  • Receive store requests and distribute them to appropriate departments.
  • Partner with cross channel departments to field questions - sales audit, chargebacks, inventory questions, etc.
  • Log all store incident reports for monthly discussion to support performance management.
  • Log all store repair requests and coordinate repair and maintenance action leading to resolution.
  • Conduct month-end audits of all sales data and deposits, researching, resolving and reporting on all discrepancies.
  • Partner with merchandise planners on cycle counts and physical inventory process and execution.
  • Participate in the development, training and roll out of store systems.
  • Travel to stores to assess and support store operational needs.
  • Participate in store openings, repairs, renovations, retro fits, changeovers, etc.
Qualifications
  • Excellent computers skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Pivots, Vlookups, Advanced excel formulas, (Photoshop a plus).
  • Flexibility in schedule availability for all department special projects and needs, including after-hours installations, repairs and maintenance.
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.
  • Ability to delegate, think autonomously and to solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to interact with company executives, consultants, vendors, contractors, and people at all levels
  • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and commitment to achieving targets and deadlines.
  • Must maintain current, valid Driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to pack boxes of supplies and other items to send to stores.Ability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A.) or three to five years related experience in a corporate retail support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.EEOEAnnual salary range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
