Currently hiring for a Retail Operations Manager for a well-known Contemporary retailer at Fashion Square.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing both managing a sales floor and stockroom.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Develop and build high performing stock associates.
- Assist customers and drive sales.
- Support store manager with management and coordination of the daily merchandising operations of the store.
- Perform stock supervisor functions such as setting visual directives, checking-in merchandise and maintaining merchandising standards.
- Partner with store managers to maximize sales through product replenishment, placement and communication of product needs.
- Achieve the store's sales and shrink goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
