Job Description Title: Retail Planner
Reports to Senior Manager, Channel Planning
Overview This position assists in planning and analyzing the Direct-to-Consumer channels' sales. They also contribute to evaluating stores' inventory position & identify opportunities to achieve our financial targets. The role often partners with Finance, Retail Buying & Channel Leaders
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in forecasting sales for all DY direct to consumer channels, at the channel and product category level.
- Report on weekly, monthly sales performance at the channel, store, product & KPI level.
- Collaborate with Omni Buying team to analyze business by door to maximize sales and stock opportunities.
- Address impromptu reporting & analysis requests from cross functional partners, store teams and field sales teams.
- Serve as functional expert on data projects.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5+ years' experience within Planning, and/or Buying, Financial Planning
- Retail, Wholesale or Finance experience a plus
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data & create planning models
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Exhibits attention to accuracy & ability to reconcile various data elements through manual processes
- Ability to synthesize data and make business recommendations based on reporting findings.

Estimate Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 Base pay is one component of David Yurman's total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
