The Retail Production Team Lead is a valuable member of the Dining Service Retail team and the success of the retail departments.
As a Retail Production Team Lead you will:
* Oversee and lead the production center operations
* Participate in volume forecasting and supply ordering
* Food preparation for Herbie Markets, Tazza Coffee, and other retail locations
* Lead, train, and provide feedback to production center staff
* Manage quality control, costs, and food safety
