**Role**

Rebag is seeking a Retail Project Manager to support the Head of Real Estate by spearheading projects from location scouting through lease negotiation, spatial programming, interior design, permit application, vendor selection, build-out management, and store maintenance.

Conduct due diligence research on foot traffic, building conditions, space layout, regulations requirements, and engineering needs for potential new store locations

* Manage new store build-outs from location selection through opening, seamlessly collaborating with internal teams, architects and expeditors, interior design team, service providers, government agencies, and landlords to optimize the project flow

* Develop and present project specific budget and deadline for management approval

* Source and review proposals from external parties including but not limited to general contractors, security and anti-theft system providers, professional cleaning team, etc.

* Oversee existing stores maintenance, security system, and minor renovation projects

* Coordinate regular meetings between the retail expansion team and various project stakeholders

**Required Experience**

* Minimum 2 years of prior experience in retail build out project management

* Excellent time management skill with ability to multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast-paced environment

* Exceptionally organized with attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft and Google Office Suite

* Willingness to travel in the US for store constructions and openings

* Capable of leading multiple parties to meet project deadline while staying within budget

* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment
