Job Title: Retail Risk PartnerLocation: Northeast Remote with Travel Job Summary:As a Retail Risk Partner, you will work closely with retail partners to deliver operational results by effectively managing risks, both related to people and products. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with safety standards, minimizing waste and loss, and upholding company values. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to identifying, reporting, and mitigating risks, while being a champion for safety and compliance within your region.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to create and implement action plans for risk prevention and management.
  • Execute stocktake processes across your assigned region, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspect and enforce compliance with safety standards, acting swiftly to resolve any issues.
  • Support teams in identifying, reporting, and managing hazards and safety incidents.
  • Identify operational opportunities linked to risks and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Provide accurate data and contribute to regular risk reporting.
  • Follow and promote the Group Performance Framework, regularly reviewing performance and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold and model the company's values by adhering to the COG Way and serving as an ambassador for the brand and its products.
  • Ensure all safety accountabilities are met in accordance with the Group Safety Framework.
