JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys. The role involves assisting with basic store operations and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization
• Stay informed of current fashion trends
• Provide a full-service experience to all customers
• Complete all required training

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts
• Must be at least 16 years of age* (age requirements may vary)
