RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

ABOUT THIS JOB: Join our team at PetSmart and become a trusted partner to pet parents, helping them find the best solutions for their pets. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of pets and be cross-trained in customer service, pet care, and merchandising & inventory.

• Customer Service: Create sincere connections with pet parents, facilitate an easy checkout process, and ensure they find everything they need.
• Pet Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of all living pets in the store, engage with pet parents, and provide them with the best solutions for their pets.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Assist pet parents in finding exactly what they need, execute merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
