DescriptionMetro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer is seeking to hire energetic and sales-driven individuals as a Retail Sales Representative. Retail Sales Representative works with a team of experts to bringing the Metro by T-Mobile brand into the lives of every individual. They explore and qualify all customers for the best products and services Metro by T-Mobile has to offer. They build strong connections with our customers by recognizing their needs, educating them on new products and promotions, and recommending device and service solutions.Responsibilities
- Exploring the needs of every customer and recommend the best Metro by T-Mobile products and services that meets the customer's expectations
- Providing the best customer in-store experience
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solution for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc.
- Completing all Metro by T-Mobile online and in-store trainings
- Marketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Metro by T-Mobile
- Executing daily store operations and procedure

Requirements
- Competitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work among co-workers and store leaders by learning and sharing best sales practice while helping customers
- No sales experience needed in wireless retail industry but preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
