Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and offering assistance to help them find products or answer their questions.
- Providing product information, explaining features and benefits, and offering recommendations based on customer needs.
- Demonstrating product usage and benefits to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Upselling or cross-selling products to increase sales revenue and meet sales targets.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
