- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to completion.
- Lead field operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure jobsite environment.
- Inspect and verify compliance with project specifications, plans, and local codes.
- Manage materials, equipment, and workforce allocation for maximum productivity.
- Communicate daily with team members, clients, and leadership on project status.
- Document project progress, delays, and necessary changes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar leadership role in construction.
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
- Proficient in scheduling tools, project management software, and digital documentation.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
