Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Recruit and develop new customer bases
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints
- Implement store policies and procedures set in place by management to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Handle cash management, including cash register operations and daily reconciliations
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Proficient in inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels
- Experience in recruiting and training new employees
- Knowledge of cannabis itself along with its industry trends in NJ, store management principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures along with Metrc, Dutchie, LeafLogix
- Sales management skills to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
