If this sounds like the kind of place you'd like to work, progress, and play, we'd love to hear from you! The Retail Services Supervisor oversees the Retail departments at Boreal Mountain Resort. This role assists in hiring, training, developing, and overseeing program team members to ensure the most progressive and industry standard techniques and processes are achieved while delivering a high-level of guest experience. The Retail Services Supervisor works with the Senior Manager of Retail to develop and implement an annual revenue center plan with the company's strategic plan. The Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of Retail Services, which is open 7 days a week. The operation is responsible for selling retail items, correctly receiving inventory items, keeping the stock room organized, and assisting with customer questions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follow or create company SOPs for retail item creation
- Assist with retail orders
- Oversees Guest Service Operations for Retail Services
- Responsible for staff hiring, training and staff scheduling
- Oversees timely product creation
- Assist in guest & market research programs
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: - Must successfully-pass a background screening to ensure suitability of contact with minor children and the public, in accordance with Federal, state and local jurisdictions.
- Dedicated to being prompt and timely
- Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 25lbs.
- Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.
