Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Retail Stocker for an agricultural supply company in Weston, MO. The operation hours for the store are Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM, and Saturday 7AM-12PM.The Retail Stocker will be responsible for ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, organized, and to help enhance the shopping experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Stocking Shelves: Replenish merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and accessible to customers.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock to the management team.Product Rotation: Rotate products according to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method to maintain product freshness.Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and assisting with locating products.Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including aisles, shelves, and stockrooms.Price Tagging: Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
