A Retail Store Associate is sought to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales at Duluth Trading Company. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. This position offers a competitive hourly compensation and benefits package.

• Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
