AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Activities:Operate the cash register system in completing sales transactions according to all policies / procedures for cashiering. Record sales, receive payments, and verify credit / check approvals thru established procedures. Follow all cash handling procedures as established by company guidelines including register ring up, locking register draws, and opening / closing procedures. Greet, welcome and assist all customers with their shopping needs and inquiries. Inform customers about store promotions, color rotation, etc. Be attentive to customer needs at all times. Be attentive and alert for potential shoplifters or vandals among the shoppers in the store. Alert store management of any incident or potential situations. Straighten, stock, organize and pull color rotation as instructed, and other related activities associated with replenishment of merchandise.
