Job Summary **POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Technology Specialist is a critical role within our organization. In this position, the RTS ensures the integrity of the pos database is maintained through close collaboration with the Retail Finance, CDL and Volante teams. The RTS also provides leadership and guidance for field operations to ensure that they are able to navigate and understand the menu components within the Volante system. This includes menu support calls and training sessions. The Retail Technology Specialist reports to the Retail Technology Manager with Morrison Healthcare.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Host menu calls with new accounts/transitioning accounts

Menu completion sign off prior to designated milestone date

Database maintenance making sure the database is structured in a user friendly/intuitive format while ensuring proper data reporting with finance team

Database Entry Enter/organize new menu items in head office.

Templates create/maintain menu Head Office menu templates opening base template, concepts etc

Menu Mapping Cashier Screen Options/Kiosk/Self-Checkout/Order & Pay

Schedule monthly promotions/pos image screens

Assign open key functionality

Assist with InstaEat roll outs as needed**

**STRATEGIC INSIGHTS

Work closely with dev team to ensure optimal functionality within the system

Work closely with Retail Finance Team to pull data insights dashboards, reporting, etc.

Work closely with other Retail Technology Specialists.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

2 + years experience in retail marketing

Consumer oriented with a proven marketing background.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.**
