We believe in partnering with others who share these values and understand their importance.Job DescriptionAs the Technical Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative retail technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and support business growth. This position requires a strong blend of technical application expertise, project management skills, and deep knowledge of retail POS systems, with a preference for experience in KWI and Teamwork. You will work across both front and back-end retail systems to develop, improve, and support applications, ensuring they are fully integrated with other key systems at David Yurman.Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, and support the retail applications platform, including Salesforce, API integrations, and SQL databases. Oversee all aspects of development, updates, testing, and user access rights.
  • Coordinate and manage application upgrade cycles, ensuring seamless release management and comprehensive end-user testing.
  • Lead the planning and execution of new store openings, ensuring successful deployment of retail systems.
  • Analyze and optimize the current retail applications landscape and data interfaces to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Technical ability to write SQL queries.
  • Provide expert support for retail, corporate, and special sale retail operations, focusing on POS and payment systems.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the effective support, upgrade, and enhancement of retail applications, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Research and recommend innovative application solutions to solve complex business challenges within the retail application landscape.
  • Lead and influence interactions with business users, workstream leads, stakeholders, and external teams to drive decisions and achieve optimal solutions.
  • Partner with users to deeply understand their operations, anticipate needs, and implement efficient solutions through application configuration and deployment
  • Develop and document clear functional and technical requirements, including high-level technical specifications.
  • Create and execute detailed system implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Lead projects from inception through completion, including design discussions, prioritization, and project management using tools like Jira.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned initiatives, including project timelines, resource planning, cross-functional coordination, and budget management.
  • Proactively address issues and demonstrate initiative in driving project success.
  • Lead resolution of production support problems in accordance with problem management and incident management policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail systems, with a focus on omnichannel solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Windows, iOS, AirWatch, SSO Technologies, and Web Services (preferred).
  • Experience with omnichannel retail capabilities, including BOSS (Buy Online, Ship to Store), Endless Aisle, and Store Fulfillment.
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills across business functions and applications.
  • Proven project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and effective technical and functional documentation.
  • Structured and analytical thinker with a strong team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for retail technologies and a continuous drive to learn and innovate.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business-facing teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to dive deep into complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
  • Comfortable interacting, communicating, and presenting with/for business-facing teams
