IPERS is looking for a team player who is a customer service focused, self-starter interested in performing a variety of duties.Who We Are:IPERS is the state's largest public retirement system. - Learn and maintain in depth knowledge of benefit provisions.
- Provide pre-retirement phone, web based, and face-to-face retirement counseling.
- Analyze member accounts and prepare estimates of retirement benefits.
- Review and process retirement, refund, and death benefit applications.
- Answer inbound member phone calls.
Work hours during the training period (approximately 6 months) will be 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. After the training period, the work hours will be 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday,What We Offer:
