Job Description:

Are you interested in joining a successful, expanding wealth management team in a key role leading the administration of the retirement services area while developing new client relationships? The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess a strong work ethic, and be excited about the opportunity to influence and grow the Frandsen Wealth Management & Trust Division. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administration of employee benefit plans and individual retirement accounts (IRAs).
  • Provide regular participant education
  • Inform and advise plan sponsors on regulatory changes within the employee benefit industry
  • Ensure employee benefit plans meet necessary regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Support IRA administration for individuals and be a subject matter expert within the Wealth Management & Trust team
  • Collaborate with peers to improve and drive efficiency of employee benefit plan administration
  • Develop new client relationships to grow the employee benefit plan business
Qualifications & SkillsEssential
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefit administration industry
  • Advanced knowledge of ERISA and other regulatory requirements
  • Experience conducting and developing participant education presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Desirable
  • Ability to develop new relationships and grow a book of business
  • Experience in areas of financial planning and investment management
  • Professional designations such as CRPP, CFP, or CTFA
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
