We have an outstanding Contract position for aReturn Clerkto join a leading Company located in theExeter, NHsurrounding area.Job Responsibilities:+ To verify, receive, and process items returned to Depot Repair.+ Verification of items received against authorized returns in Oracle Depot Repair.+ Issuing of work orders to the various service centers (Firearm, Air Guns, Silencers, Optics, and Ammo)+ Transferring firearms to Used Guns Department as needed.+ Coordinating with Customer Service and other internal groups on various receipt issues relating to customer shipments.+ Perform duties as outlined by the 5S program.+ Maintain department quality and performance standards.Basic Hiring Criteria:+ Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.+ Sends, receives and interprets information clearly, accurately, thoroughly, and effectively encompassing interpersonal, cross functional and peer group settings.+ Ability to work cooperatively with associates and customers, integrating personal skills with those of others in accomplishing the organizational goals stated in our direction statement and objectives; keeps personal interests subordinated to overall objective.+ Basic computer literacy; ability to learn and utilize required computer databases, email, internet resources.VEVRAA Federal Contractor / Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals / Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / DisabledThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit
