Position Overview:

Job Summary – Purpose of Position

Analyze returned goods from customers accurately and efficiently to disposition according to guide in effort to deliver the highest quality to Duluth customers.

To inspect outgoing products to the stores or customers ensuring that product is consistently prepped and packaged to department standards.

What You'll Do:

• Prep, clean, fold and repackage sellable products.
• Open, inspect and verify returned products for return to vendor, outlet store sale or sellable product.
• Document and disposition returned products according to guide.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Assist in other areas of the operations to meet customer expectations and company service levels

Physical Environment & Travel Expectations :

• • Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.
  • Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.
  • Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.
  • Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
  • Moderate warehouse noise level.
  • Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
  • Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.
  • The ability to walk long distances
  • The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time
  • The ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods of times
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
  • Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions

Compensation Range: $17.00-$21.00/hour

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
