Aloha~ The major function of this position is: Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP.
The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are: - Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages.
- Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns.
- Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.
- Maintain an average of 18 entries per hour.
- Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed.
- Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.
- Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
Desired Qualifications: As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position: - High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience. Technical or repair background.
In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred: - GED and 2-3 years customer service experience.
