Returns Processing Associate
: Job Details :

Musictoday is currently hiring for a Returns Associate. This position is located in our warehouse in Crozet and processes all incoming returns and exchanges from our over 600 web stores.

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing returns systematically in Musictoday systems including our order management system and Shopify
• Returning product to stock locations
• Tracking returns and productivity
• Customer Service including contact with customer and our team to ensure customer's order is processed properly

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer experience and ability to use multiple systems to process returns
• Excellent customer service skills
• Some Shopify experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
