JOB DESCRIPTIONADI is a leading global distributor of low voltage products including Intrusion Alarm Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control Systems, Commercial and Residential Audio & Video products, Wire & Cable, Tools, Business telephone systems, Structured cabling, and related accessories.Associates are responsible for facilitating the Receiving, Processing and Shipping of customer return orders. This contains order processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
