Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Inspect, receive, and verify all return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and add the information into their appropriate tracking logs. *Responsible for taking the appropriate action for inventory including processing return to various vendors, placing inventory back into the onsite warehouse and scrapping out damaged items. *Responsible for maintaining the daily logs capturing incoming and outgoing RMAs, warranty information and credit requests and material movement utilizing the CRM, WMS and MS Excel. * Research and process transactions through inhouse WMS. * Act as the point of contact for various vendors using their defined processes and partner with the corporate Warranty team as needed. * Ensure that all material is transferred to the appropriate area to ensure daily accuracy of inventory. * With the support of the Inventory Control department, perform physical cycle counts as required for all physical and virtual inventory. *Follow all inhouse and ISO 140001 procedures when processing scrapped inventory, including separating the items into the appropriate bins and contacting the appropriate parties for pick up. *This role will support other areas of the facility based on the needs of the business including cross training and backing up the Receiving Department both systematically and in physically processing material. * Operate the necessary power equipment (i.e. fork truck, order picker). * Responsible for processing of the compressor cores and returning material to vendors, as needed. * Demonstrated proficiency in processing returns and all shipments, free of error. * Demonstrated mastery in completing reviews of RMA sub inventories, customer returns and communicating with site leadership and the materials teams to drive accuracy and efficiency. * Other duties as assigned.
