Responsible for working through our internal database as well as customer portals in order to gather information necessary to complete returns, exchanges and add order updates or modifications.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receives, organizes, and prioritizes submitted return requests from customers and/or Sales team
- Determines whether to process or deny the return request based on established terms and conditions
- Communicates with vendors to acquire authorization to return products
- Communicates the proper notification of approved or denied RGA information to the customer and sales team
- Obtain order updates from vendors needed by the customer and sales team in a timely manner
- Work with outside vendors to modify customer orders as needed
- Recognize and document trends in customer or vendor error returns by keeping all ISO paperwork correct
- Recommend process improvements
- Arrange logistics for return and exchange shipments when needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills recommended: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office; Project Management Software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work well with others and be a team-player
