Overview:

Summary: The Revenue Associate is responsible for supporting the Revenue team and providing analytical insight into all revenue streams that impact the company. They will work closely with the entire Revenue team to identify strategic opportunities as well as provide support to site teams with general inquiries.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Interprets and understands economic, demographic, and supply demand trends and how they impact the multi-family sector.
  • Builds and enhances revenue management reports to assist in operational decision making.
  • Quarterly strategy review with system updates.
  • Work with Asset & Project Management to ensure amenities are entered and assigned.
  • Manage reporting hierarchies within pricing software.
  • Answer general pricing related inquiries from all departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Property Management exposure highly preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data to determine the best pricing strategies for our communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
