Join our team to find a purpose-driven career, an inclusive culture, and robust benefits to support your life while you're working to help others. *Position Overview* The Revenue Cycle Learning Specialist prepares and facilitates training for new hire and existing employee training in the Revenue Cycle Management Team, with guided direction from leadership. This role supports Exact Sciences through subject matter and training expertise to ensure all team members are trained properly and competencies are successfully met. This role assists in maintaining accurate data reporting practices to ensure a consistent and diligent capture of training and competency. In addition, this role is responsible for keeping employees of multiple levels up to date on processes and procedures through training and editing training materials/assessments/competencies to reflect current process. Lastly, this role completes assigned competencies/end-user-proficiency assessments for learners and files training documentation appropriately. *Essential Duties* Include, but are not limited to, the following: * Perform all assigned job duties while following laboratory and regulatory policies and procedures. * Deliver training through in-person training, virtual training, hands-on/on-the-job training, and other modalities, as needed. * Provide subject matter and adult learning expertise in the design and delivery of training. * Identify and adapt training style to meet learner needs. * Identify learning needs by assessing overall status of employee performance and departmental needs. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training. * Remain informed of procedure/workflow updates and distribute information appropriately. * Respond to technical questions or seek guidance if answers are unknown. * Assist in retraining employees, as needed. * Help develop the training expertise, behavior, mindsets, and skillsets of team members. * Collaborate with other trainers cross-functionally. * Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining training materials or process documentation. * Assist in the development and administration of learning exams and/or competency evaluations. * Schedule, communicate, and coordinate training sessions and learner completions. * Maintain accurate records of training in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Display excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build solid working relationships with peers at all levels of the organization. * Maintain a high degree of approachability with all levels. * Display excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to lead and motivate others, even when not in a position of authority. * Ability to adapt to changing workload and circumstances effectively. * Ability to quickly respond to and understand new information. * Display excellent time management and ability to remain focused when working independently. * Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions. * Desire to continually learn, improve, and apply new training skills. * Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. * Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies as well as regulatory requirements. * Maintain regular and reliable attendance. * Ability to work designated schedule. * Ability to work overtime, as needed. * Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical day. *Minimum Qualifications* * Associates Degree in Business Administration, Education, or field related to the essential duties of the job; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of Associates degree. * 4+ years of professional experience related to the essential duties of the position. * 2+ years of experience in EMR/Revenue Cycle systems. * Demonstrated working knowledge of Order to Cash processes; order entry, claims, billing, follow up. * Advanced production skills using technology tools and platforms to plan, run, and troubleshoot applications during delivery the delivery and facilitation of virtual classrooms. * Strong understanding of instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, technical, and/or hands-on/on-the-job training. * Demonstrated understanding of customer service, billing, or data entry in a healthcare related industry. * Demonstrated ability to identify trainee needs and tailor training plans to promote learning transfer. * Strong computer skills to include Internet navigation, user of virtual meeting tools, email usage, word processing, and data/records management. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. * Demonstrated ability to perform Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation. * Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. *Preferred Qualifications* * 1+ year experience in mentorship or directly/indirectly leading others. * Experience with the Epic Prelude & Resolute PB Applications. #LI-SS1Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $81,000.00 The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
