Job Summary:

Our Revenue Cycle team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience including billing and claim management. The right candidate will engage their team to achieve and meet productivity and quality standards to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. This role will be responsible for Leading the Billing and Denials work teams.

Job Description:

As the Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities within the revenue cycle, ensuring optimal staffing levels and assignments.

* Provide leadership through orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring, empowering staff to reach their full potential.

* Assess staff productivity and quality, facilitating professional development and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

* Perform staff responsibilities as needed to meet service levels and KPIs, addressing complex issues and complaints effectively.

* Collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements that enhance the patient experience.

What You Bring:

* Proven experience in revenue cycle management including Billing and Denials.

* Strong Communication skills, ability to lead meetings and collaborate across Revenue Cycle Teams

* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for staff development.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to process improvement.

* A focus on delivering exceptional service and a positive patient experience.
