Job Description:

Position Summary:

Responsible for driving revenue growth for the company through management of the marketing and sales teams. This involves taking company goals and creating strategies to achieve those goals, then implementing them through effective management of the revenue teams. Prior experience as Business Unit Director preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans in support of organization strategy and objectives
  • Establish a cohesive plan with revenue department managers to market and sell product
  • Grow the ISlide brand footprint through social media, paid, and PR marketing efforts
  • Create and manage monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans
  • Build partnerships with entertainers, athletes, and celebrities to grow the ISlide customer base and generate sales through e-commerce
  • Plan revenue growth for individual licensed properties; manage relationships with current properties and develop new relationships to expand the ISlide license portfolio
  • Manage major retail relationships, especially in the Licensed Sales channel; work with retail partners to improve sell-through efforts
  • Drive sales to youth, high school, college, and professional teams through direct and resale channels; make ISlide a staple team product nationally
  • Push customers to ISlide website and direct to consumer channels; track and improve e-commerce metrics
  • Measure success across all revenue channels and continuously improve practices to achieve annual goals

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or other related field preferred
  • Prior experience leading a Business Unit preferred
  • Prior experience with footwear product, marketing, or sales preferred
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong management, organization, and planning skills
  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication skills in English; including listening, speaking, writing
