We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited to be a part of that mission through their unique skillset as a Revenue Manager.We are looking for a Revenue Manager that will lead the team to ensure that full cycle billing is complete, accurate, and compliant. This position oversees the integrity and collectability of all funding streams including third party claims and contract funding. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for financial performance, operational deployment, and evaluation of all revenue cycle activities, including billing, cash posting, follow-up, collections, and revenue cycle reporting. As part of this role, the Revenue Manager will be tasked with implementing systems, policies, and procedures that enhance the efficiency of CRi's revenue reconciliation, building a high-performing team alongside the Controller.What you'll do:Own the Revenue Cycle: Manage every aspect of the revenue cycle, from admission documentation review to cash receipts, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.Optimize Processes: Implement strategies to reduce days in accounts receivable, improve billing accuracy, and enhance collections.Problem-Solve: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to quickly resolve any billing and coding issues.Stay Ahead: Keep up with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring everything we do is compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare standards.Analyze and Report: Prepare aging reports, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement to keep us on the cutting edge.Enhance individual experience: Address individuals/responsible party's inquiries about billing and payment, and develop policies that make the billing process as smooth and satisfying as possible.Tech-Savvy: Implement and manage revenue cycle management software, finding new ways to streamline our processes.Collaborate: Work with IT and other departments to ensure our revenue cycle systems integrate seamlessly with other clinic systems.In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:Contract Connoisseur: Review payer contracts, understanding the nuances of various insurance plans. Credential and recredential contracts with new and existing payors. Including Medicaid, HUD, and local county contracts. Ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications.Credible/Qualifacts Pro: If you've worked with Credible/Qualifacts, you're already on our VIP list.
