Role Description Overview: As a Revenue Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and partner marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately contribute to the company's bottom line. Working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and lead management to optimize the sales funnel and maximize the return on investment.The Revenue Marketing Manager is a completely remote role. Candidates must be located in either the United States or Canada. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand target markets, buyer personas, and revenue goals, aligning marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Utilize HubSpot to oversee the building and execution of lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and automated marketing processes.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and sales data to track return on investment, identify trends, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted advertising and digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display advertising).
  • Develop and execute co-marketing strategies and campaigns with key partners to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to identify joint marketing opportunities, define objectives, and establish measurable goals and key performance indicators.
  • Manage joint marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve agreed-upon targets.
  • Organize and execute partner events, webinars, and workshops to engage prospects and customers and showcase joint value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams, sales teams, and key stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to optimize results and inform future strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue marketing and sales enablement.
Education, Experience, and Skills Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in revenue-focused marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated experience in lead management, lead scoring, and sales funnel optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
