Summary/Objective:
The Ingo Payments Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing revenue processes and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This position involves analyzing sales data, future projections and growth strategies, developing revenue KPIs and tracking, and producing month-end financial reporting. The position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Team to achieve organization critical reporting and analysis.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with the Revenue team to provide accurate pricing for new sales
· Maintain key revenue pipeline reporting metrics, schedules and KPIs
· Responsible for full cycle revenue reporting; pipeline through implementation, and monthly results
· Maintain monthly Financial Reporting model
· Draft ad hoc reports and PPT slide decks for Board meetings and other key executive presentations
· Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
· Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies and initiatives
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
· Monitor and report on KPIs related to revenue and sales performance
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
· Assist in the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting models
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot and DOMO
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
· Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Revenue Operations Role
Skills and Abilities:
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with HubSpot and DOMO is a plus
