Job Description:
At Adonis we're focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they're owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement. Adonis' GTM team is in a phase of vigorous expansion, dedicated to continuous improvement and tactical problem-solving to propel business success. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to develop and scale our revenue strategy, synchronize our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams with our revenue objectives, construct and integrate our revenue technology stack, and advance Adonis' revenue teams.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex challenges, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, and be eager to develop new, efficient internal processes. Please note this will be an individual contributor role.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CRM administration and insights by collaborating with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the sales funnel from lead to customer and delivering regular insights to the business.
  • Examine sales data to uncover trends, predict future performance, and deliver actionable insights for optimizing revenue streams.
  • Lead the optimization and support of our sales outreach tools (Hubspot and Salesloft)
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
  • Advise leadership on GTM strategy and work closely with Finance on strategic and financial planning
  • Create/manage all CRM reporting, forecasting, and dashboards
  • You will assist in territory planning and quota/productivity modeling
  • Conduct thorough analyses of the Deal Close process, carefully reviewing deal structures, financial terms, and product pricing to ensure soundness and efficacy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure revenue processes are set up for new product launches
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate root cause revenue discrepancies, propose solutions, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
  • Establish and maintain systems and workflows for pricing and contract support; owning the deal approval process between GTM and Finance teams.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations role in a growth stage B2B enterprise tech company
  • In-depth understanding of Salesloft & Hubspot to drive sales and streamline processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets to discover actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly establish trust, credibility, and influence and present insights across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, showcasing an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and subscription-based businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, showcasing adept problem-solving skills and analytical prowess
  • Comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data.
  • The ability to think from first principles and iterate quickly to deliver results.
  • Healthcare is a big plus

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 base salary. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
