POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Review Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple teams of reviewers, ensuring the quality and accuracy of document reviews, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to exceed expectations related to eDiscovery project deadlines and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise a team of document reviewers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with teams across ProSearch, Counsel and the end client to develop effective review strategies tailored to specific projects and client requirements.
Oversee the review process, including document categorization, privilege determinations, and quality control measures.
Monitor and manage review progress to ensure timely completion within budget and project parameters.
Utilize a variety of proprietary and industry standard technology to facilitate the review process, track reviewer productivity, monitor the performance of artificial intelligence models, and generate reports that deliver differentiated value to our end clients and internal teams.
Support all elements of the review process including staffing, payroll, timekeeping and invoicing.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures in the review phase.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any review-related questions or concerns and providing regular project status updates.
Maintain a strong understanding of eDiscovery best practices, industry trends, Artificial Intelligence capabilities, and legal requirements to inform review strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE):
Admitted attorney in good standing in at least one US state.
Minimum of two years of experience managing complex document review projects for an eDiscovery vendor or Law firm.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of reviewers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
In-depth understanding of eDiscovery concepts, legal terminology, AI and data privacy regulations.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Industry certifications a plus but not a requirement.

Culture: Support adoption of ProSearchs cultural initiatives with all individuals and teams reporting to you, including promoting conversations about happiness and monitoring happiness survey results.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Repetitive movement of hands and fingers-typing and/or writing.
Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.
Occasional standing and walking.
Spends long lengths of time sitting.
Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000
