Job Description:
Responsible for peeling out rework from KPs and Douglas area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for peeling out rework from KPs and Douglas area. Cleaning tubs and maintaining proper cleaning of workstation. Transporting meat from the X-Ray station to the rework areas(s). Following all company GMP requirements. Track clips to ensure the clips dont get back into the reworked product. Ensure proper rework is put back into the correct product. Completing all required paperwork and maintaining correct documentation. REQUIREMENTS:PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours. Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location.
