Job Description:
This role involves developing, designing, measuring, and troubleshooting RF, microwave, and millimeter wave electronics. You'll design subassemblies for this companies high-frequency products, including power and control circuits, amplifiers, mixers, filters, and microwave components. Collaborating with senior engineers and other departments like marketing and manufacturing, you'll assist in architecture decisions, use simulation and layout tools, and document your designs. Required Skills & Experience-Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering with an emphasis on high frequency design.-Demonstrated expertise in RF, microwave, or millimeter wave design.-Experience with circuit analysis and design, CAD schematic tools, and circuit simulation tools.-Knowledge of electronic communication systems, including architectural tradeoffs and partitioning impacts.-Experience with RF and microwave measurement systems.-Commitment to excellence and dedication to quality.-Ability and desire to work on-site in Santa Rosa, California. Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Proficiency with high-frequency simulation tools.- Familiarity with schematic capture and layout tools.- Knowledge in creating block diagrams of up-converter and down-converter superheterodyne products.
