Full Time 40 hours per week Shift 1: Monday-Friday
Join our team at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, providing skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Under provider direction, you'll assess patient needs, formulate nursing care plans, and ensure continuity of care. You'll also communicate with providers, document patient records, and assist with prescription medications. Current Connecticut RN or LPN license required, with previous experience in a medical/surgical office setting preferred. Experience with medical software is a plus.
