Our Private Practice is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP. The Nurse Practitioner / NP will provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of rheumatic conditions, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and gout. You will work collaboratively with other specialists and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.
The Role:
Full time
Nurse Practitioner/ANP will examine, diagnose, treat and/or refer Rheumatology patients on an out-patient basis
NP duties will include procedures such as infusions and joint injections - no hospital responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/NP
2+ years of experience in Adult or Family Medicine
Rheumatology experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to patients with rheumatic conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in quality improvement activities
Stay current with developments in the field of Rheumatology
