OVERVIEW
Alera Group is seeking a highly motivated RIA Billing Manager to join their Financial Services team.

As RIA Billing Manager, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer of Financial Services and support Alera's Wealth Services and Retirement Plan Services divisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct quarter-end client fee billing for investment advisory and investment management arrangements through the RIA Platform across multiple custodians
* Process ad hoc intra-quarter billing where accounts leave the platform
* Assist with data entry, processing, data validation, ad-hoc internal audits and transaction reporting
* Assist in the coordination of information for internal and external reporting
* Work with custodians as well as internal Operations/Client Service departments to resolve any rejections and exceptions
* Analyze financial information in order identify discrepancies
* Compile and prepare routine monthly and quarterly reports, summaries, and variance analyses
* Coordinate with the compliance department to support compliance testing of advisory fees
QUALIFICATIONS
* Undergraduate college degree required
* Two to four years of relevant, hands-on RIA fee billing experience
* Knowledge of and experience using Orion platform is required. Orion billing experience is highly preferred
* High proficiency with MS Excel is required
* Experience with vLookups and Pivot Tables
* Excellent organizational and time managements skills with the ability to independently prioritize daily workload
* Demonstrate an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
* Accuracy and attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and excellent follow-up
* Uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality of all financial information and client data
* Strong verbal and written and communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and foster a culture of collaboration and recognition

Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000
