Position Summary:

Responsibilities include preparing high quality food for the core foodservice and company restaurant offer, quickly and efficiently, while following the Companys food safety measures and presentation standards. This role also includes supporting the convenience store operation from time to time. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality service and highest quality food items in a timely, easy and pleasant manner. This position supports the Food Service Restaurant Manager and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience and a working environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values.
Responsibilities:
Working Relationships: Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, Food Service Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Company Restaurant Operations support, Foodservice Category Management team, Guest Service Leads, Site Manager, District Manager, Region Manager, Operations VP, other Company personnel, and various vendors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School or GED
Minimum Experience: 6 months retail or food experience, or similar retail or customer service experience
Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, service or restaurant environment
Licenses/Certifications: Serv Safe Certified a plus but not mandatory

Reporting: Code 3485 - designates that this person works in a proprietary food restaurant inside one of our store units, has duties in both sides of the house and reports to the Food Service Restaurant ManagerScheduling: This position is both part time (up to 29 hrs) and full-time (32-40 hrs) and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Cumberland Farms can be open 24 hours depending on the store. Weekend & Holiday hours are required.Travel: 0%Hours & Conditions: Full time - 40 regular hours (maximum)Other:Specialized work attire requirements (hats or visors, gloves, etc. provided)Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; ability to lift 40 lbs, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in freezer and cooler (cold temperatures).
