This work reflects partnership with the National Ride & Endurance Director, National Managers of Ride and Endurance, Chapter staff and in consultation with program vendors. The Ride & Endurance Liaison champions a strategic and integrated approach to the Endurance and Ride portfolios with a focus on project management and high level volunteer leader engagement that positions these events for success.
Responsibilities: - Assists in driving fundraising success through the engagement and management of endurance vendor partners.
- Manages the team's Administrative Process & Policies (generates reports, tracks revenue and expenses)
- Ensures excellence in implementation of all core strategies with a strong emphasis on program operations (including contracts).
- Builds a collaborative relationship with department stakeholders and works together to address specific process and procedure opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency.
- Manages and oversees the team's incoming communications.
- Coordinates and monitors our internal platform and policies regarding fundraising allocations.
- Directs any ride and endurance package changes, tracking their status to ensure accurate delivery and timely updates.
Qualifications- 3 years of relevant fundraising or project management experience, particularly in peer-to-peer events. This should include event planning, non-profit management with emphasis on Project management, administration, relationship maximization and stewardship, logistics, and fiscal management.
- 3 years' experience collaborating with high level volunteers/external partners preferred.
- Superior ability to influence and deliver results through persuasive communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated competency when handling diversified assignments.
- Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Ability to leverage relationships, both externally and internally.
- Superior active listening, observation, analytical, and problem recognition and solving skills.
- Proficiency with technology to support the donor or event participant experience, specifically related to CRM platforms and business tools (Salesforce and MS Office preferred).
- Willingness to learn while striving for excellence.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends.
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Target Pay - $21/hr, 20 hours/week
