Location: Tavares,FL, USA
Coordinates the acquisition of right-of-way (ROW) through donation or purchase for road construction and other projects of the Public Works Department. Responsible for coordinating all ROW projects and processes with staff, clients and outside professionals; training and providing leadership of subordinate staff as assigned; inspecting properties on the County tax roll to verify accuracy of documentation; preparing records, reports and technical drawings, and performing related administrative and technical work.
May be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires Associate's Degree in Real Estate, Title Research, Property Appraisal or a closely related field with four (4) years of related experience.
Requires a valid Florida driver's license.
